The small country of Scotland is known for many things: its beautiful scenery, whiskey, the monster of Loch Ness, Braveheart, but no UFOs. But this new book: UFO CASE FILES from one of the best known researchers of UFOs and the paranormal and the Kingdom of Scotland, Malcolm Robinson, could change all this.
Malcolm Robinson has been personally involved as a researcher of UFO and paranormal phenomena since the late '80s. A Scotsman in the true sense of the word, Malcolm has been at the forefront of UFO research in Scotland and the only thing that really surprises me is that this book is the first. Having read it from cover to cover, I can only hope that the first of many.
UFO CASE FILES in Scotland does not want to be in any way definitive, on the contrary it is a reflection on the involvement of Malcolm in the field of UFO research in Scotland. It may not be definitive, but it certainly is that in cases in depth. I have read hundreds of books on UFOs over the years and I can honestly say that, in the best possible way, that this book is like no other. Malcolm not only goes into detail of the subject, but also gives a graphic description of the most mood and atmosphere of the moment. The details of the lectures are cleverly fitted, as well as one or two of the funniest and Malcolm is also man enough in this book to raise their hand when a mistake or two, which is, of course, in his favor.
The stories are not remount of UFO cases, therefore, less attractive. First, in the first chapter briefly explains how and why Malcolm became involved in this research. This is followed by the best editing I've ever read of Bonnybridge 'UFO hot spot'. In the first half of the '90s, the small town of Bonnybridge, was the center of UFO activity in Britain if not, as some of the world. I would not mess it up, highlighting the numerous investigations carried out on UFO sightings by Malcolm and his colleagues, however, I would say that I thought I knew a lot about Bonnybridge sightings, but, when reading this chapter, I realized that, in Actually, I knew virtually nothing.
Another UFO story is that of Robert Taylor and landing of a UFO in a store in Livingston in November 1979. Because of physical traces left on the witness and the place (earth signs), this incident was officially investigated by local police. The Incident A70 is the first reported case of kidnapping and is fully described. This particular event is now under review for a film by a British production company. The incident took place in Fife in September 1996 and involved several witnesses. A controversial case of UFO entities and more are explored in depth by the author. The most sensational case of Scotland, if not of Great Britain, confirmed by photos took place at Reservoir Craigluscar February 19, 1994. The full story of this picture taken in the light of the sun is analyzed in full. The book is complemented by the thought of Malcolm on how UFOs might be.
I have deliberately not given too many details of the UFO stories in this book, because they offer more details would not give them justice.
As I said this is no ordinary book about UFOs. UFO CASE FILES of Scotland is a very significant contribution to research literature on UFOs. It is written in a style unlike any other UFO book I ever read and all I can say is that if you want to go buy a UFO book this year you will not find one better than this. Put it in your shopping list now.
