In the past I have alternated between the seventh conference of Ultraterrestre in Zanè and Cun Symposium in San Marino. I do not intend going into the conference and reports because Traces of Eternity is a neutral place and intends to remain so, respecting both sides. But since we are on Facebook I wanted to make a remark about the only public participation in these conferences as a whole, without distinction between the one and the other ...
... Both have been a result of the public good and the credit for this certainly goes to the organizers (Xteam Veneto and Cun), but not only them. In my opinion can not be a coincidence that now that both events have been ADVERTISE via Facebook so successful. Ultraterrestre used this social network in the past, while for the first time the Symposium has been a remarkable echo in the network, outside the site of Cun.
This shows that when used for "noble purposes" Facebook proves its more positive sense, not only becomes useful and the best way to distract from the work. I am reminded that the charges are moved to Facebook to be a perfect tool of control, it may be that it is, but who understands it this way, or rather those who would exploit this potential, it must also deal with this reverse of the coin.
If the Internet is the battleground of freedom of information, the future of the world to want to be melodramatic, I think we have a good chance of winning.
